Returns & Refunds

 

No returns and refunds. Charges paid by you for completed orders are final and non-refundable. The Company has no obligation to provide refunds or credits, but may grant them, in each case in Company’s sole discretion. During any special situations, company may perform a replacement or credit.You are the only one that is responsible to pick up any orders.

 

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own travel/shipping costs for returning your item if occurs. Delivery fee may apply and are non­refundable.

Gift Cards:has no expiration date, service charges, or dormancy fees. Will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Is not redeemable for cash or not able to be used as gratuities. Except as required by law

If you didn't receive your card within 3 business days, please contact us. We can mail another card  again and the previous card will be cancelled. If the card has already been redeemed, we can only issue another card with remaining balance. You must provide proof of purchase.
